What benefits might someone experience?
There are many reasons why people come to counselling, these can include but are by no means exclusive to suffering with depression, dealing with anxiety, struggling with low self confidence or trying to cope with a bereavement or relationship issues. At times we feel that we don’t know where to turn, that we are trapped and don’t know how to start to climb up out of the darkness.
Sometimes we experience extreme pressures that are set upon us and we can feel that we are unable to meet the expectations of others. Sometimes we can be in relationships where communication is no longer how it once was and we want to know how to better understand what has happened and rekindle what seems lost. All of these situations can feel confusing, overwhelming, difficult, exhausting and isolating.
